Xiom 5000

Xiom Corporation announces the introduction of its new Xiom 5000 (Scorpion) high production rate spray gun.  The Scorpion sprays up to five times as fast as the current Xiom 1000 gun and has many benefits over the present technology.

• no oxygen required, uses propane and air only
• no o-rings
• patent pending triple venturi
• higher BTU output to ensure full melting and bonding of polymer coatings
• high spray rate
• little or no preheat under normal ambient conditions
• easy to adjust for different feedstock materials, weather conditions, or metal substrate thickness
• applies thin or thick uniform coatings without striping
• provides the application rate and cosmetic look that field contractors demand
• unique wide spray nozzle
• connects to the existing Xiom 1000 system control console without modification
